Biography
Tulio is an admitted con artist, thought he claims to be reformed. He spent most of his youth tricking various dragon clains out of things he decided he needed to survive, though these things were not only food. More often than not they weren't food.
While pulling a con on a clan of nature dragons, he found Miguel and absconded with her. He found her as quick and witty as himself, and they became mates fairly quickly.
When they came across Thanatos' clan, Miguel and Tulio decided to pull another con that would make them set for life. However, as they got to know the members of the clan, they found themselves accepted as they never had been before. Though they still constantly scheme together, they are quite content for the time being. In a way, this last con truly did make them set for life and even gained them a family in the process.
