Hallow

Hallow doesn't remember very well where she's from, or where she's been. She faintly remembers her parents, not that she stayed with them for very long. She's spent a long time hopping around lairs, but most of them treated her rather poorly. Nest after nest, all sent off to be sold to merely serve the deities when they were barely days old. It's all blurred together by now.

She doesn't talk a lot to other dragons, choosing instead the companionship of her small owlcat, who she's nearly always carrying in her arms. The owlcat helps to bring her some comfort, and makes life a little easier for her. Slowly, she's trying to work through everything that's happened to her. She's recently started going to therapy, and although she hasn't made much progress, she's already feeling a little more hopeful for the future.

Taking care of goats is a lot of work, but someone has to do it! It helps Hallow to have something to do, and the goats are adorable and good for hugging. Her owlcat has gotten especially adept at herding the rowdier ones.

You are out in your garden, planting some flowers. The day is warm and breezy.

You're thirsty, but you forgot to bring some water out with you, so you go inside for a cool glass. When you return, you are surprised to discover a goat in your newly planted flowers -- and it's eating them!

You shoo the goat away, close the gate, and try to fix the flower bed. It takes you some time, but you get it more or less fixed.

You are tired, so you go inside to have a nap. Later, you grab a snack and decide to have it on the table outside.

When you get outside, however, you're shocked to find... your flowers are completely gone, probably due to the fact that the goat returned...

You drop your snack of berries and try to shoo them away, but they keep evading you. You think you've got one out the gate, but turn around to find the other eating your berries!

You eventually just plop right down in the middle of the ruined flower bed and look at the goats. They finish the berries together and then come over to you and nuzzle you gently.

You reason that they would only eat your flowers and berries if they were hungry. Your heart melts and you decide to give them a proper home with proper food -- not only because they are cute and need one, but also to save your flowers! - SocklessWonder
