SugarPlum

The Sugar Plumb is the darkest neighborhood of the Hellwell Undercroft. The nomadic center of the Plague Wasteland houses many unique and dangerous clans and attractions. It is no wonder, then, that the Killjoy crew has nominated this colorful district as their "home base". The Sugar Plumb is suffused with magic, the kind of magic even the most deadly windstorm can't peel away, and the arcane constructs still crawling the alleyways looking for foci to drain are testaments to it.

Migrants and natives of many flights gather in the Sugar Plumb. It serves as a sort of haven for the color and laughter that are sometimes scarce in the wider Abiding Boneyard, and even in the many upper layers of the Undercroft itself. The Sugar Plumb gains its magical aura from the nearby border with the Starwood Strand, and the currents that carry the crystal petals of the starwood trees also bring the magic that grows them.

No boneguards, no experiments, no constant proving and re-proving ones mettle. The Sugar Plumb is a safe haven for those who have adapted to survive the harshness of the wasteland, and seek a reprieve, a last glowing moment of safety. The relics of many religions, many travels, and many vibrant lives are traded and bartered here. Some are even freely given away to a deserving set of claws. While many are unable to fathom such generosity, the Sugar Plumb demands a sort of openness.

Only the honest can come out unscathed.
