Lyrros
Kind | Gentle | Wise
Lyrros is an astute seeker of knowledge and loves learning. To complement that love, he teaches, seeing it as a means to share what he knows with others (for what good is knowledge when it’s kept to yourself?). He often uses storytelling to convey ideas and lessons, and his stories are well-loved by the clan.

What he is perhaps best known for is his thoughtfulness and encouragement, traits that led him to become a sort of clan counselor, especially for new arrivals. He is frequently drawn to the timid or troubled dragons that come to the clan and they, in turn, are drawn to him for his comforting presence and accepting nature.

Weathered Grimoire
Though Lyrros is one of the most well-respected dragons in the clan, he has steadfastly refused to step into a leadership position. He is content offering advice when it is sought, and is not afraid to speak his mind to those in power, but at the end of the day he just wants to learn new things, teach the interested, and enjoy life with his mate Thundersong.
Background
Many seasons ago, Lyrros crashed into Dawnchaser's Bluff after innumerable days at sea. He was a lost and broken thing, and the former Matriarch, Petra, spent a great deal of time working with him to help shed his sorrows. The dormant life and compassion within him was slowly nurtured back into being, and as far as Lyrros was concerned, his life had begun anew.
