Arabica

Arabica, daughter of Bogchild, decided to stay at the Frogpond despite most of her father's offspring choosing to embark on new journeys. She decided she fit in and thrived among the odd dragons of the pond. She learned this about herself by trying to go on her own adventure, which quickly backfired-- her coming-of-age quest to travel to Dragonhome was met with hardship after hardship, and finally after being ambushed by Beastclan, she gave up her quest and flew home. A sensitive soul, she was only made more so by her first impression of the world. She became quite a recluse, venturing only past the Frogpond territory with other dragons she feels safe around, such as Silkweb the veteran and Baikal the explorer. On one expedition (at her father's request, to help her get out of her shell a bit) with Baikal on a trading expedition, they encountered a coffee stand at the auction houses. She fell in love straight away and dedicated herself to the roasting and brewing of fine coffees. She began experimenting with flavors and working with Sensi and Bhang, the chef and foodstore guardians of the clan, to create coffees and coffee-flavored confectionaries. Kazul, taking a liking to Arabica's blends and snacks, started inviting Arabica over to her nest more and more often, until the two became the best of friends. Kazul became her partner in crime, helping with the roasting (being of fire element helps a lot) and taste-testing everything before sharing with the clan. Arabica takes her job very seriously. She can be a bit of a stickler and gets highly offended anytime a dragon even thinks the words "cowboy coffee".
