Personality: A breath of fresh air, Joulian is a whirlwind of motion, puns, and ideas—and they're not even from the wind flight. Easy-breezy, easy-going, their friendship is easy to gain and easy to keep. Against anyone who hurts them, however, their wrath is patient but certain. They collect crystals but keep them squirreled away in hidey-holes all over Sornieth, because carrying any type of bag with them would add resistance when flying. Nobody is sure how they manage to remember all of the locations. Once they pull down their goggles it's Game Over for anyone hoping to outrun them. They're a veritable torpedo in the air, their glittering scales so electric blue that at high speeds it's easy to mistake them for a bolt of lightning. At direct confrontation, however, their nerves often fail, and they are prone to impulse decisions.
