Ghouls have failed to contain the plague in the Second Trial and as a result are condemned to a slow death by decay. Most are too ashamed to return to their original clans and so wander the land, spreading their contagion to any clan foolish enough to harbor them. Plague clans are well aware of what they are and are the least likely to shelter them, while other Flights are more apt to be taken unaware. However, Plague clans that pride themselves on their ability to resist Plaguebringer's diseases might take Ghouls in as status symbols or in a rare display of mercy.
