Norma has always dreamed of making her parents proud, she was taken away as a hatchling due to the war and was put into the care of Angel and Celeste, her parents were hard workers and gave her the gift of a hard working attitude. As a hatchling she spent her free time delivering newspapers and helping out at her guardian Angels nursery, she never stopped and never will! She knows how to keep her head high at all times and even though she misses her parents she knows that they are watching over her somehow.

Norma is a scout for the Opaltopian Army, she has the best tracking skills around and has defeated many enemies of the state. She even defeated the Metallic Bear that had been terrorising the city, no one but Norma could defeat it. She has been offered a promotion to general many times by the Queen but Norma couldn't be happier as a Scout! Norma's wishes now are to fall in love and have a few hatchlings of her own and to reunited with her parents, however she fears they could have passed away in the war.

No matter how bad the hardships get or how difficult the fight she faces is Norma always finds a way to over come it. Even when her body tells her to give up Norma never will.
