The Sweethearts
Anzo and Claretta are large Snappers hailing from a faraway foreign land; sweetheart wanderers who needed rest from their travels and found the accommodating Anzillu clan. They felt so welcome that, together, they decided that this would become their permanent home. Her parents are sweet free-spirits and part of her name is a part of them so she feels she always carries her loving parents with her wherever she goes.
The Calamity
When the clan was struck by the Calamity, Claretta was stricken with a fiercely spreading opalescence. She was gravely bed-ridden for a time until the worst of it finally passed. She was left in quite a state: fiery petrification mostly on her feet that caused her steps to become heavy and slow and her skin torn open in many places, a shimmering glass replacing those inflicted spots. |
