Rapterious

Rapterious generally comes across as a silent, slow and lazy dragon who eats and sleeps a lot, but with a fierce resolve when it comes to battle, he is quite attentive of his surroundings but generally will only speak when it's necessary. Despite what one may think due to his first impression behavior, he can be pretty ambitious and takes his duties very seriously and has a tendency of isolating to do things by himself, training included. In battle he is certainly a force to be reckoned with, suprising enemies with his blinding attacks and displaying ferocious power and speed.

Role: No job is more fitted for Rapterious than being the clan's Head Protector, it's his duty to make sure everyone is safe from outside attackers and any potential danger. He usually does night shift patrols around the clan borders and is always in the front lines when facing beastclans or other dragons. He is also part of the council member and although he doesn't contribute as much his opinions are highly considered.

Backstory: Born somewhere in the Mirrorlight Promenade, Rapterious grew up being picked on by other Light dragons for his dark colors and affinity towards shadows and darkness, and although he endured it for a while he finally lashed out, beginning to steadily strenghten himself and learning to dislike those around him. His family moved to the Hewn city, where they finally felt more at ease and free and Rapterious took the habit of exploring and patroling the Sunbeam Ruin's borders, it was in one of these adventures where he met Erlen and they started meeting at their secret spot often at night. Once an adult he decided to leave his former home region and search for a new clan alongside Erlen, now his mate.
-The Crystalhide treads he wears were the first thing Erlen ever gave him and he's never seen without them, even when taking off the rest of his armor.

-His Umbra wolf familiar helps patroling the clan at nights and even participates in hunting sometimes.

-Rapterious can be quite affectionate in private and likes curling up with Erlen to sleep. He's also very proud of both his son and daughter, showing his caring, gentler side around them the most.

-Every once in a while, Erlen convinces him to join one of her classes and dance with her, together they perform an amazing skyfall spiral.

-He's Garryowen's adoptive father, as Erlen found his egg.
