Cailleach very much thinks she lives in a dragon eat dragon world. Not in the way that everyone is cannibals (though she sometimes worries that too), but in the the way that survival involves everyone fighting on their own. She has a hard time working with the community of the Fox Fyre pack but she does work at it. She doesn't suffer fools lightly and has very little time for social niceties. As a Plague dragon Cailleach wears her scars with pride and takes illness as a challenge to overcome. Because of this she refuses medical attention, much to Bashir and Butters concentration.
