The egg, while airy, was also oh so cramped. The little bogsneak twisted and turned inside the wind egg, giving a few kicks.

A crack. Light.

A shower of colors entered the little bogsneak’s vision, the hatchling startled at first. Such backwards action had turned the egg back over, tossing the baby out of its safe shell. The bright colors turned out to be a curious thing. A butterfly Purpura would later figure out. Luscious green bushes cover everything in sight except the blue sky filtering through the trees above. In the mound, she can see two more eggs.
She gave a few sniffs, getting startled by the sudden movement of the egg.

A winged color thingy lands on the egg, the bogsneak not having any of it. With a few snarks, the little dragon rammed the egg.

The impact flings the wind egg out of the nest. It rolls slowly.
Then it gets faster.
And faster.
She couldn’t stop it if she tried, a useless claw reaching out to the undergrowth to which the green egg disappeared into.

More movement, coming from the other egg.

As the other sister broke free, Purpura vowed to never loose another sibling again. They would have no need to speak of it.
