 The Bounce That Bites You Back Gerlo is a gelatinous fellow of the non-Newtonian variety. He can control his consistency and surface tension as he pleases but, instinctively, his entire mass tenses up in response to extreme and rapid force. This makes him an excellent tank in combat, and his strength and defense is unnaturally high for a mirror of his stature as a result. Furthermore, his springy consistency lends well to rapid dodging and quick movements. His only weakness is how his molecular cohesion is easily disrupted by magic, and he takes a great deal of damage from magic as a result. Another drawback of his molecular structure is that flight is just tiring. He still uses his wings for boosts in running and leaping to increase footspeed, agility and dexterity, but doesn't enjoy being in the air. Regardless of these two quirks, Gerlo easily fell into the role of a gladiator within the babbling clan, and he spends much of his free time grinding out loot in the coliseums. Very versatile, Gerlo is naturally extremely proficient at reflecting back exactly what he gets from others. His normal state is quiet and easy, he will sit in silence with the quieter of the clan and enjoy it, and is always present to listen. Don't let this fool you though, Gerlo will take no abuse from anyone. He will tell you like it is, pulling no punches, and will follow up with genuine and physical unpulled punches when words fail. He has never made a choice he regrets, even ones that have given him unfavourable outcomes. Known to take every situation like a champ and just keep going. |
