Biography
Cherubim once held the belief that she was related to the Gladekeeper. That belief eventually died as she found out that this relative was her grandmother who simply shared the same name. This little story is something of a staple that she uses in conversations with new dragons, and she finds it quite repetitive at this point. Meet a new dragon, tell the silly story, never grow a real connection with said dragon, repeat. It was boring, as was her life in general. Nothing happened to her in Antumbra. No friends, no family, she was basically a ghost. And no one seemed to notice the day she went missing…
If you were to ask around, it’s clear that Cherubim has made a lasting enough impression. Here are some words from a few of the dragons she’s spoken to:
In the first clan she wandered into, she was immediately welcomed by Gobbet.
“Oh, don't you worry. They say we have moved flights twice now, so might as well always anticipate packing up and moving at any time. Here, have a seat and eat something.”
The Creative Chaos lived up to its name: there were always dragons flying around, in and out of the lair, busy with something. Most of them said hi, and Cherubim said hi back.
“The matriarch says we have originated in the Wind flight,” Gobbet said between bites. “Fitting, yeah? Always on the fly. You'll fit right in.”
Maybe she can, Cherubim thought. Maybe she will.

- Catharsis: “We bumped into each other at the library, I don’t remember a lot of what she said but she seemed nice.”
- Kaloki: “I’ve seen her stop by my bar a few times. She tries to join conversations but always looks left out. Felt a little bad for her.”
- Snowchaser: “Cherubim? I believe she was almost one of my students. I must admit, I’m glad she wasn’t. Far too desperate for connection, that doesn’t fly in my field.”
