Napolina stood proud, surveying the freshly purchased boat. "It's a beauty".
"It needs work", Gude added.
"No, it looks great. You don't need my help, you two should be able to get this running in no time. Oh well, I'll be back in a few years."
Gude took Floroco by the collar and held her under her wing with a quick spell. "Nope, you stay and you evaluate. We fix. It's not always loitering and petty thievery, we have to upgrade our methods."
Napolina was quiet. She dreamt of gold and riches and respect and fear.

The Salt Licker however, was in shoddy condition. The magical engines and cannons were functional, but needed oiling and re-enchanting.
"Finding the crew for this will be the hardest part", said Napolina. So for the meanwhile, Floroco, you should still continue with our usual tactics. But all the funds shall go to hiring new hand. If you want to reap, you gotta sow first."
"Sweet, fine, whatever, just tell 6 fins here to loose the grip"
