Drawn to the Light

Have you ever walked down a dark path alone, but felt the warmth of something near to you? A calming presence, almost, perhaps a gentle glowing light that seems just out of reach? It's very likely you've encountered and Atlas Moth Veilspun. These gentle creatures keep themselves just out of sight, but work to slowly lead weary travelers to safety through the gentle lights and candles they carry. They're stealthy, and it's rare that you'll ever be able to get close enough to see one in full view. However, those who do get close enough to see them, or even lucky enough to befriend one, will tell you they are truly beautiful and kind beings.

Dune - (father) A gentle giant, Dune takes great care in teaching his hatchlings how to navigate through the dark using the stars, waterways, and tree growth patterns. He is kind, though stoic at times, and frequently visits his children to check in on them and see their new clans.

Hawkins - (mother) Hawkins is almost too friendly for her own good. Her desire to make friends and be kind pushes her into danger at times, and would get her into a lot of trouble if Dune was not constantly next to her to warn her. Her children tend to get her gentleness and warmth, though, thankfully, not her lack of awareness.
