Luxious has been a firecracker his whole life. He's bold, charismatic, and unapologetic in his ambition, and he's learned to use that to his advantage. Luxious has more admirers and pursuants than most dragons thrice his age thanks to his razor-sharp wit, irresistable charm, and penchant for swashbuckling behavior. At home in the safety of his nest, he's less brash, but still has the glow of boundless, teasing confidence behind his vivid eyes. As a hatchling, Luxious would tag along behind Apollo, the carefree knave of a tanner in his clan, and ask him about all the things he did before settling down in this tiny Plague clan. Apollo would smirk and chuckle and tell a story or two to the bright-eyed little pearl, his richly pigmented skeletal pattern reflected in his rogue-like attitude. Luxious fed off his mentor's panache and amplified it in his little body, returning to his clutchmates with new and explosive deeds he was going to complete one day. His showmanship and wit sharpened with each regaling of his future adventures which continued unabated even when his brother and sister had fallen asleep for the night.

As Luxious matured, he took to the air like a raptor bird, expertly fluttering, diving, and pursuing whatever he pleased through the putrid vapors of Plague-lands. When the Laospí's nomadic path wandered closer to water, he would frequently dart off from his clan for the entire day and always returned excited. Turns out, he was stalking different ships and, occasionally, would nip a little trophy for himself. His saga began to unfold in his mind as he refined his practices: he tracked only around sunset, when his vivid tail blended in with the painterly sky, and he left more than one pretty girl swooning after him when he departed for home. He knows his path for the future is fraught with foolish danger, daring exploits, and a pastiche of wild flings, lustrous loot, and near escapes... perfect. Now it's just time to go make that happen.
