The tribe of Ruu has been home to Haruka for years. His pastel, bright colors and kind soul has left him as a figure the tribe couldn't see themselves without. He is close friends with the leader Rikuto, though he likes to call all of the tribe his close friends since he doesn't like to actually pick and leave anyone out.

Haruka is the tribes tea maker alongside Rikuto, though he has not let it be forgotten that he was the one who taught Rikuto how to make tea in the first place. He runs a popular tea shop called The Sakura Bubble which he lets anyone come to, and in exchange for a chat or a story or just a conversation, he gives the cup of tea for free. He especially enjoys stories from travelers or new members of the tribe to hear about their travels and where they are from and where they are going, or had planned to go before deciding to stay

As an elder of the tribe, Haruka is very respected and looked up to, many of the hatchlings from the tribe coming to him to pass on stories he has heard which Haruka doesn't mind, he often looks forward to it. He's just a kind old soul who finds joy in talking and sharing tea with others.
