Biography

The former Monarch of a Ranch Island which boasted hunts of deer, antelope, and exotic species that are considered delicacies for dragons. He overstepped his bounds, became prideful and over-hunted his ranch in order to show off. After years of sacrificing the good of his citizens for his own lavish living, the Green Dragon removed him from the ruling status and seceded his bloodline from inheriting the island. Instead, another young dragon (Axelle) was named ruling king.
However, Kandel begged to at least keep his superficial title in order to avoid humiliation, and Axelle, being kindhearted, agreed to only act as his successor. While Axelle holds the true power and ultimate decisions, he allows Kandel to remain 'in charge', and quietly suffers through his bouts of rage.
