Not much is known about Kaspian's past due to his habit of being solitary. He was originally from the Zephyr Steppes and came to Haven-Under-Stars in its early years as an adult. It is unknown why he left his home.

Kaspian runs the largest library in the entire Territory. He tirelessly collects not only books, but artifacts and trinkets from across Sornieth. Dragons travel all around to gain access to the extensive knowledge he provides. Kaspian is shy, even with his fellow denizens of the Haven-Under-Stars. He keeps conversation short and often excuses himself to work on his various projects. Despite his flightiness, his services are essential to the Necrolord Union.
Kaspian has attempted to write several fiction books but has never found a publisher. He seems self conscious and refuses to let anyone read his work anyways.
