"Ah, House Unbekannt." The large Wildclaw that stands in front of you sighs and leans back in his chair, setting his book down. "Strange folk, they are. If you pick up a dictionary and look up 'clandestine,' you'll see a picture of their house emblem. Not that there's anything wrong with being secretive, mind you. But I have many an.... odd experience with them, to say the least."

At your confused expression, he chuckles to himself. "Let's just say they're passionate. See, I have to credit them for making some damn good stories to tell your friends over a beer. There's never a dull day in that house, no sir. But there's something off about them. Many of my fellow troupe members have good reason to believe at least a few of them are still in league with, ah, you know who."

Before you have time to respond, he makes eye contact with you, and slowly raises an eyebrow. "Why do you ask?"

"Oh dear, what did they tell you?"

There were messages everywhere. He didn't bother being subtle about it.

One moment you were talking to someone, and then out of the blue they would insert something random in their sentence, before returning right back to the previous subject like nothing had ever happened. If you asked what they'd just said, they'd tell you that they didn't remember.

Soon the amount of times this happened exceeded what you could count on two hands, and you started to keep track of everything. In your little journal you religiously recorded everything suspicious that was said, and you started filling up pages.

Then you saw the notes, scattered everywhere around your lair. Little fragments of prophesies. They were nonsense - nonsense to everyone except you. To you they were demands, directions, clear as glass.

People started asking questions about what you were up to. You started telling a couple people the truth, but it was clear they all thought you were crazy, so you stopped. For the rest, you turned it into a joke, and invited people to guess. Their guesses were entertaining. But they were never correct.

The notes were puzzle pieces, and soon they created the full picture. It spelled out a date. A time. A place. A prediction. And a signature: "Dogma Sedsson" - not only a very odd name, but also one you'd never heard before.

So you obeyed the command. You went to the place at the specified time, though you knew how suspicious it looked to fly off into the Abiding Boneyard in the middle of the night.

And there is where you found something wondrous.
