Biography
(His name is actually spelt "O'sayer")
About O'sayer:
O'sayer is a very mischevious and fun dragon. When someone is having a hard day, he will try his hardest to make their day better; whether that be by making a silly pun or joke, or by giving them a piece of his treasure stash.
He owns a pet cockatiel, who is a very docile and polite bird. Despite its friendliness, O'sayer named the bird Hurricane, and likes to pretend that his pet is a ferocious beast.
The golden Coatl has an important role within the Shimmering Catacombs, as he is in charge of gathering food from the surface, often bringing along Hurricane with him. Although many dragons argue that he is wasting his energy, as there is enough prey within the cave system, they don't complain when he brings heaping amounts of delectible food at their feet. Besides, he enjoys the fresh air that the above-ground offers.
O'sayer has a "side gig," as he puts it. He is a self-proclaimed fortune teller and, with the help of his familiar, claims he can tell the coming future of any dragon and any region of Sornieth for only 50 treasure per prediction. Only gullible dragons believe his predictions, and most other dragons who pay for a prediction do so just for the fun of it. One of the lone dragons who have not gotten a fortune from him would be Fortune the Guardian herself. Despite his efforts to get her to "believe in the prophecy" and get a prediction, Fortune always brushes him off, claiming she already has gotten a fortune, which is herself, much to O'sayer's dismay.
