Richter

Bio: Creative and impossibly patient, Richter loves all things mechanized. He works well with his Emerald Cave Jewel, often using it to help light darker corners of his work den. At his worst, Richter can become overprotective and secretive, most likely due to night tremors exaggerating the fears he experienced in the past. Other dragons have noted that he can be a little spacey, as if he was listening to something no one else can hear.

History:Born in the Carrion Canyon, this dragon was fascinated by the secret laboratories all around him. As a hatchling, Richter would sneak into the facilities. Like a true Lightning dragon, he idolized the surgeons and technicians, completely absorbing every bit of information he could about how to build and create. But there is a reason why hatchlings aren't allowed in Leviathan Corp.'s labs. Within a short span of time, it became obvious that something was disrupting the young dragon's mental functions. Maybe it was voices he willingly listened to or the science that he couldn't stop watching.

Upon discovery of Richter's actions, it was clear that he'd seen too much and wouldn't be able to go back to having a normal life. The Corp. decided that the little dragon could still be of use to them as a test subject for some of their newer, more creative prosthetics. However, someone within the ranks of the organization ushered the confused Richter to the Scarred Wasteland, a place so repulsive and barren, no one would bother to look for him.

Richter is now a member of a rogue plague clan. He spends hours trying to rebuild the mechanical wonders he saw in the past, despite his lack of materials or useable electric power.
