Blair is one of the most senior members of the clan. She serves as the right hand man to Noct. She doesn't care much about leadership positions, and she's fine playing the senior adviser- she says she's basically the head honcho anyway.
She is a dragon of few people she would call friends, but she would fight and die for her clan no matter what she thought of the inhabitants. She is fiercely loyal to Pneumatic, and enjoys spending time with her. She sees Pneumatic as sort of a motherly figure, but also as a best friend.
Along with Barsalla, Blair does most of the hunting for the clan. She was at first skeptical when she found out Barsalla was going to join her, as she wasn't quite sure what a mystic could do on the battlefield, but soon found out that their battling styles compliment each other perfectly. Turns out, Barsalla is very well versed in battle, though the reason for this is unknown even to Blair. Throughout their time fighting together, Barsalla and Blair have become a very close pair.
The true reason for Blair seeking out a new clan from her original one is a mystery. Pneumatic claims to have known, but the memory is lost to time. Blair likes to spin wild stories for the hatchlings in the clan from time to time, weaving tales of intrigue and grandeur beyond possibility. Barsalla says that she doesn't much care why, but that she is glad that Blair is with them.
