Biography

Cavern is a behemoth of a dragon, easily the largest in the clan. Due to her impressive size, she is very slow-moving and tends to prefer to sit in one spot and snooze the majority of the day, only hauling herself to her feet in order to seek out food. Because she tends to settle herself in a particularly dark part of the Tangled Wood on the outskirts of Ender's territory, she has attracted the attention of a recently displaced colony of bats. It is a very mutualistic relationship, as Cavern curves her wings so as to allow the bats to hang from them and rest, and in return, they bring her a share of the insects they catch so she does not need to get up and disturb them.
As far as the clan is concerned, she is hardly considered to be an active member. But there isn't a soul that wishes to see what kind of damage she could do if she needed to, and she is easily mistaken for an actual cavern in the darkness of the forest anyway, so she is left to her peaceful slumber.
