Biography

Overseer of Nova Variatis.

Verified, AKA "Vee" is the creator and architect of the massive grid that spans the entire city - and the circuit implants that connect it's various citizens. Most citizens of Nova Variatis are required to have a link to the central grid, and the implants are direct result of that. It is ingrained at birth, and grows with them as they age, using nanobots. This grid keeps things running smoothly, every dragon has an ID, records of every action, every potential crime or good deed. It also uses augmented reality and some ingrained features to keep citizens happy, healthy, and unquestioning satisfied.

Only the higher ups - the Overseers: people who run core features of the city lack this feature. Some may have old circuitry, but they remain largely disconnected. Of course, some test subjects willing participants have had various other means of connection and integration to the grid, to varying degrees of success.
