You did a fantastic job with his outfit! Trailing Storm is perfect for his lightning and I love the use of the scale gorget for the face protector he uses as a collar

HEE - Izuku Midoriya! My favorite character very close to Bakugo. That flaunt, with the trailing storm and choice of apperal matches up very nicely with him,, and I don't see him as a spiral all the time but its super fitting for him too

Your Midoriya looks so cute ahhh and Spiral matches his energy surprisingly well, especially with the lightning powers he eventually manages to generate! I have to admit I didn't watch past the second season cause I'm terrible with keep track of series lmao, but I really did enjoy this character and his arc in the comics is very cool as well
