Generally a loner, Richter found himself caught up in the 50 Blessings movement, and he became one of their hitmen after they threatened both him and his mother. He's fatalistic, but if threatened is capable of fighting back with great violence. He regrets his actions, most notably for killing those who were not necessary to his job at hand.
