Bloodmoon

In the dark evening, dragons paced around quietly in a lab.
“Sir, the egg’s hatched.”
“Though…”
“What is it? Speak up.”
“Something seems wrong with one.”
“…”
“Wrong how?”
“Her eyes, sir.”
“They’re bright red.”
II.
Bloodmoon grew up in a lab.
Each day she would be tested, with shots, DNA test, and so much more.
She had no friends, no family.
Each night she would go to sleep, wondering if she’d live by the end of tomorrow.
Till one day, she escaped.
She made it.
III.
After miles of walking, she stumbled into a town.
She staggered to a fountain, sipped some water, then collapsed.
Bloodmoon could here dragons whispering.
“Poor dear.”
“Why is there so many scratches on her arm?”
“Who is she?”.
