Vampyroteuthis

Vampyroteuthis originally left the Scarred Wasteland with his sister, Infernalis, in order to see the rest of Sornieth and discover how Plague fit into it. He was raised with a deep respect for the ways of Plague magic and the power of the Plaguebringer; the core of his belief is that death is a natural part of life and though the struggle for survival is admirable, complete rejection of death is both futile and dangerous.

When his sister Infernalis became captivated by the destruction left by Vengeance, Vampyroteuthis agreed to remain in the Sea for some time. Although he enjoys the company, he is restless to continue his travels - but his sister's increasingly obsessive research only rooted her more firmly to the Deepwing clan's territory. These days, he satisfies his wanderlust by acting as an ambassador of the Plague Flight, making trips to other dragon clans on behalf of Deepwing's Council. While working in the diplomatic corps, he bonded with the ambassadors to Arcane and Wind - a fellow skydancer named Aramala and a spiral named Pallifina. He had a nest of eggs with each, and the three of them delight in each other's company. The joys of his personal life were enough to distract him as his sister left for Windstar Bay on a mysterious expedition...
