A being infused in pure plague magic. It is said that its simple presence alters the life cycle of every living being in its vicinities.

Its own body is said to be constantly regenerating and rotting in an endless cycle, its monicker of the "Spice Shaman" comes from the infusions it consumes to keep the cycle from stopping made by his shedding scales and rotten flora and fauna.

Dragons who've come in contact with it have been reported to have mutated in bizarre and differing way. Some simply change their hides while others shed their skin completely and grow up a new one.
