_________________________________________________ ”Without power, you cannot hope to protect anything. That is why I will do everything and anything I can to grow stronger.” Born in the harsh, unforgiving environment of scarred wastelands, Lucien grew up on the idea that sparing an enemy one day only meant they’d come back to kill you the next opportunity and given his small form, he couldn’t let himself be killed. He refused to be one of the nameless dragons that were rotting in the wasteland. And so, like everything else, he adapted. Changed and blended with his environment until he believed he no longer needed to claw his way up in order to survive. That was when he discovered the use of poison and how small amounts could be used in cures for illnesses while larger amounts could be lethal. After his first victim, Lucien had acquired a set of crimson silks. Finding it to be a waste to leave them on the fallen dragon’s body, he stripped off the valuables and flew off without a second glance for now he had a plan. He would disguise himself as a dancer, powdering the silks in the various poisons and toxins he had collected over time and when he would perform, the powder would spread around the unfortunate audience. After each dance, there was no survivors and Lucien would move on after taking the valuables and leaving on his own. This continued on until one day he had met Gemini, a guardian who was immune to his poisons. For whatever reason, he could not kill her and since the female guardian could easily overpower him, the two decided to forge an alliance. He would not be killed so long as he helped her protect her Charge--the clan she now lived in. | ........ |
