Commander of the Royal Court Knights, Carmen has the security and defense of the Caprine Clan depending on her. In order to guarantee safety to the Court and citizens, she chooses the best dragons fighters who present themselves to her, no matter their family or Flight origin, and trains them relentlessly.

Even though some of her colleagues have a strong personality, Carmen trusts them all to serve the Matriarch and keep peace in the Clan. However, she is wary of Striker's new conquest : an ambitious noblewoman named Stardust Locke, who seems to hide her true intentions...
