Clover, the statue, stands guard for the _ clan.

They still reside in the dense forests, surging and bubbling brooks, mountain foothills and open plains. But it had become clear to Willow, the leader of the clan, that the world was no longer a safe place to inhabit. They had fighters, strong dragons, and the local creatures on their side, but they needed something more.

She set Neyret- the violet imperial skilled in higher magic- to create a border. A powerful boundary that would not only be invisible from above and from the ground, but would be inaccessible without allowed access. If someone stumbled upon the lands the clan lived on, they would never even know.

Clover was the first, and only, volunteer. Ever since she had been brought to life from rock, she had been secretly longing to return. It felt wrong, to want to be inanimate again when so many objects were never given the chance. But she wanted nothing more than to rest silent in the sun. Warmed by its rays. Washed clean by the seasonal floods and soft summer rains.

Frozen in place, a home for moss and wayward birds, moving only to open the barrier and allow entry to those permitted.
