Toirmichi was brought about when the clan was in a disarray of a mess. Secretum was originally away on vacation; though where she and CDXXI went is currently unknown. Being a young Coatl, Toirmichi knew more than the average Hatchling, having entered the clan after stealing borrowing some of the Kuroba's Gilded Chest Gems.

"This is a complete mess. Who in the right mind organizes the clan like this?" Those were the first words spoken by Toirmichi to the entire clan. Asmodeus, along with the whole Verboten and Drinks were perfetly fine within Toirmichi's cold ice-water eyes. "Can someone get me a list of who is who and which durastiction they belong in."

All the dragons complied as it wasn't for long that the Coatl had dedicated nearly an entire day replacing and reorganizing the areas of the Kurobas. "Now, if there is any objections, I will see to it myself. I will inform the clan's leader about my actions and our future spendings. Not like any of you know how to save..." Toirmichi grumbled seeing the little Treasure that the clan had; most of it was spent right away as the clan itself didn't have time to be within the Coliseum or the Fairgrounds to earn easy Treasure.

It was at that point that Toirmichi earned the title of Lore Keeper and Acting Founder.

Only around his friends, Toirmichi acts like a different dragon entirely. He's not as bossy as he is when filling the Acting Role. Leviathan was the first to notice how laid-back Toir can be and how his temperament can create a whole 180 for that of the Coatl. When he is enraged, he is simply "All bark and no bite". He has never harmed a single dragon within the Kuroba clan, nor anything he has used in the past never broke; Toir does take care of his possessions along with the clan's.

Outside of Leviathan, Toir's only friends are Suisen, Mocha, and Daiquiri. He is acquainted with Kaedahara, having helped with his outfit; but the two aren't exactly friends.

Toirmichi can easily become annoyed when dealing with minor problems; the last time he had to deal with one was the issue between the Oblisk and Dynastes' area of division. Asides from his short temper, Toirmichi is often silent; either writing up clan reports or playing Genshin for which he tends to go to Hex's hidden library. When he is playing his games, he refuses to do Co-op with any random stranger, the only person he does it with is "Qrow" or "Levichan".
