I like Zircon. He's practical, like all lightning dragons. A genius. I dont know what he tinkers, truth be told, but I know it's something to do with robotics.

He also absolutely detests company. Which is incredibly bizarre, because he is on the COUNCIL.
Imagine if you hated other dragons, but dragged yourself to a crowded hall every day to yell with and at some other angry dragons and try to make some decisions you like. I could never. I thank the shadowbinder (and lightweaver) every time I hear just what's been going on inside.

He probably keeps secrets. Why else be so withdrawn? He is called "fey" for a reason,,,

Before becoming a councelor, Zircon was a priced scientist. He was wanted. Or, more accurately, dragons wanted his ideas, future, possibilities, plans.. But not him. What brought him forwards was many sleepless nights (or passing out on top of his notes..) and an unhealthy devotion to work, without breaks.

A hypocrite through and through, Zircon does not push this work schedule on his assistant, Solzne. He is aware of her strengths and weaknesses and appreciates the work she puts in. And the occasional tea from Lucia’s finest, just the way he likes it.
