xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Whatever dregs remain of Baphomet's Plagueflight blood were enough to hatch Marchosias as a proud and fiery aberration, Clan Goetia's heart burning bright in his chest for all to see. He is the treasured jewel of the Tetrad, pampered by the Queens and their Conclave alike.

Unlike most aberrations, Marchosias is not of bifurcated mind. He is a single individual whose conscious and subconscious are given palaces all their own: the right head, hedonistic and sanguine; the left head, silent and phlegmatic. From the outside, it appears obvious that the prince's right head has put his weaker left head in his place—in reality, Marchosias fears stepping out of line so badly that he has buried all his truth in his left mind and puts on the grand performance of prince with his right.

It is a lie. To himself, and to all the rest.
