Protagonist of Hotline Miami, and makes a cameo as a playable character in Payday 2. Jacket is likely heavily depressed and relying on instant gratification as he fumbles through life. His itch for revenge against those he felt wronged him pushed him towards accepting instructions to start clearing out the Russian Mafia all through Miami. Often, in the most violent way possible.

After rescuing a woman from one of his 'jobs', Jacket begins to make an effort to clean up his life. Though this does not stop him from continuing to take instructions from the voice at the other end of the phone.
