Shibuya

A mysterious fortune-teller, Shibuya arrived one stormy evening, presenting herself to Cherry and Brutus and requesting shelter in exchange for her services. Cherry had no need for fortunes, but welcomed Shibuya in regardless, as is her policy with all who seek to stay with their clan.

Shibuya soon developed a bit of a friendly rivalry with Bubbaloo. While both dragons seem to possess knowledge they should not, Shibuya is a bit more forthcoming about her sources; her cards, bones, and tea leaves. Strangely enough, though, if a member of the clan were to ask her and Bubbaloo the same question, they would both give wildly different answers that are just vague enough to be utterly useless to the asker - and yet somehow they both inevitably are right.

When not reading her cards or searching the stars to find potential hints of the future, Shibuya spends much time with recent newcomer to the Clan, Foresight, enjoying a cup of tea. She is always unfailingly polite to him, and has even referred to him as "My Lord" on occasion. Her powers also seem much stronger when he is near. Though if any of the clan dare ask why this is, all they'll get is just another cryptic answer impossible to decipher, so most have decided to leave well enough alone
