The proprietor of the Cirque's fully-fledged bar masquerading as a concession stand, Maitai has heard and seen it all, and while on duty Mai (the more sociable head) maintains the perfect bartender facade; talkative but not too much, snide and sarcastic and yet empathetic with her patrons, and incredibly deft with her claws and hard-hitting with her drinks, especially when there is magic involved with whatever concoction she is perfecting at the time.
But Mai can only hold on for so long, sleeping in shifts with her other head, and when Tai has to take over in the off-duty hours, no customer has ever heard a peep out of the entire body. Perhaps other members of the circus are a different story, but not prying into each others' business is something of an unwritten rule among carnies, and Tai's company is welcome in the teetering caravan of the circus as it wanders, mute or no.

Originally a banescale named Omen, but just never really fit the character I needed with her bright colors. and the cool/warm purple mismatch on her primary/secondary drove me nuts if I'm honest. then abbies happened, i scried her and found out the ribbon/eel accent colors were somehow an exact match despite the different purples, and found this skin (which also matches perfectly), and bada boom maitai was born
