______ Malevolence doesn't really remember what his name was, or how old he was, or who he was when it happened. All he remembers is being wrestled away from his clan by a pair of dragons in traditional and very official-looking Plague garb. He remembers hearing something about a "quarantine zone" and someone with an official-sounding title he can't quite remember- or won't.

______ Beyond that point, Malevolence won't tell any details. He says that horrible, horrible things were done to him, and that he saw and experienced things that no dragon should ever have set upon them. If prodded for details, he just silences and glares until the asker apologizes. He continues- One day, one lucky day, he escaped. To the one who "made me who I am" he "repaid every second of agony." No details, just an unsettlingly wide grin.

______ Nowdays, this malformed and mutated Ridgeback is trying to be a better dragon- keyword is trying. He has a hard time controlling himself, and gets irrationally aggressive towards other plague dragons- a problem, because of his size, and a strength far beyond what any mortal dragon should possess.

______ Since his escape, Malevolence met a loose clan of criminals, led by a Plague imperial. Malevolence tried and failed to fight the imperial- named Deceit- and gained a respect for him. Nowadays, Deceit is his most trusted friend and ally.
