A small organisation of dragons travel far and wide and settle themselves in distant clans, welcomed because of their pretty scales and alluring demeanor. They begin learning and absorbing the knowledge and plans from the unknowing dragons around them, before sending on the knowledge through coded scrolls messaged directly to the Forum of the Obscured Crescent. They are the true Shadowbinder's eyes and ears.
