Kelvhan

The first, and most likely the last, time Kelvhan left Darkweather Island, it was exactly as implies. Dark, stormy skies, rolling waves that threatened to breach the islands natural walls. He had bid Ocean and Micaela a sweet-talked good-bye, but neither of them had seemed interested. Hmph. But now, he found himself somewhere new, somewhere strange. He had gotten lost in the ungodly amounts of mist that would have impaired any dragons sight, the mist that would never threaten to cover Darkweather island, it's coral boundary protecting it from the waves causing the seamist.
Beneath his claws, sand pooled, stretching out for miles. An island. He was on an island! Lost in his own excitement, he barely noticed the dragon walking towards him. She was.... kind of transparent, eery looking if you will. But none of this had bothered Kelvhan before, in fact, he thought she was just absolutely stunning.
So when she put a cold hand on his fore-leg, he smiled down at her, a kind, gentle smile that could never reveal his dark and brutal nature.
"What brings you here?" Came the soft, ethereal voice. Kelvhan laid down in the sand, as to talk to her easily.
"Truth be told, I got lost in all of this mist. And what brings a beautiful soul like you to Sornieth?" She looked taken aback, maybe it was cause she had been called beautiful, maybe it was the mention of her being a soul. Kelvhan realized his mistake.
"I am sorry, m'lady. I'm Kelvhan. What's your name?" But she only stared back, like she was staring into his soul. "You... you noticed I was a soul so easily." She murmured. "And you're... not scared?" Kelvhan shook his head in response.
"I am Lilinoe. And I live here." She replied, reaching up to touch the Imperial's face. He brought his head down so she could take it in her talons.
"Fly due south, your home will be found." She murmured, taking her hands from his cold face.
Kelvhan looked at her with a strange longing, one the Imperial had never known in his lonely years. "You'll hold a special place in my heart, Lilinoe." He murmured, getting up. He looked back towards her before taking off.
Lilinoe stood there, her hands clutched at her chest. What a strange, helpless creature, she thought. Perhaps she would see him again, one day....
