Altan

First impression of him is that he is very rough around the edges. And once you get to know him you find that he is indeed very, very rough. Altan has a difficult time using his words instead of his claws and fangs. He tends to be grumpy and silent.

But he has the capacity to be gentle. Unfortunately, he doesn't trust himself to always be so. So he tends to try and avoid the smaller, or more delicate members of his clan. This of course leads to him being quite lonely. And his estimation of himself is not high at all.

He hardly ever leaves Peace's side. She acts as the mouth piece of the two, and Altan just follows what she says. Both seem to be very happy with the arrangement, so no one bothers to question it.
