Spice came to the Terimrush clan in a group with some of his fellow Imperials: Terimrush, Tobai, Kayce, Monarchi, Ezel, and Lada. Although they did not all make the migration at the same time, Spice and Terimrush left much earlier than the others, eager to find a new home. He still writes to his old clan, fondly sending small gifts as a thank-you for his previous home's hospitality. A very nostalgic soul, Spice often thinks of revisiting his old home. He never has the time, however, because his duties in the Terimrush clan leave him with very little free time.

Elected as the second Council member, he stands by his comrades with patience to spare and acts as the comic relief in stressful situations. He sometimes has a tough time taking things as seriously as they should be, which is both a blessing and a curse. It can get on the other Council member's nerves, but they're grateful for his lightheartedness in situations that need to be deflated. An entertainer at heart, Spice sometimes feels ostracized from others, no matter where he is. From a young age he was encouraged to pursue the entertainment arts, and he grew to become quite skilled in singing and dancing. He loves to make others laugh, and feels that that is his purpose in life. However, he's socially awkward. He doesn't try to be but others view a lot of his quirky behavior as being rude or ignorant. He doesn't understand normal social conventions. Proper responses, when a conversation is over, body language are all pretty foreign to him. Where he came from, everything was out in the open, and if someone was disgruntled or jealous they up and said it. Drama is something he doesn't partake in.

He recently met a spry young Imperial lady by the name of Eleanor. He fell for her the moment he welcomed her into the clan. Although they're officially labelled as mates, they're not prepared for their first nest. Well, Spice is prepared. But Eleanor is not, and so Spice will wait for when his beloved Eleanor decides the time is right, if that day ever comes. Spice spends enough time with the rest of the clan's hatchlings that he doesn't yearn deeply for children of his own. The thought is pleasant in his mind, but he's content with whatever makes Eleanor happy.
