Biography

Eillove
Druid, Healer
zjBeEJR.png
A dragon of considerable mystery, Eillove keeps busy by tending her herb patch and helping clanmembers, having installed herself as a clan healer. Her calm demeanor makes her easy to talk to and woodland creatures of all types seem to flock to her in hope of food, as she often carries with her a tasty bag of nut snacks to feed her critter friends. The skydancer lives on the outskirts of the clan, content with minimal social interaction, though she is a well-loved clanmember.
Originally from light, Eillove had an older sister and was one of a clutch of two. Tragically, her sister died young and driven by grief her parents moved everything they had out of the domain of the Lightweaver, instead settling in nature with their surviving daughter. Eillove proved to be a quick study on herbs and flora, and fit in quite easily with the peaceful clan that had taken in her family. Mentored by the clan elders, Eillove soon developed skills of healing and therapy using calming light magic alongside her knowledge of botany.

As she grew however, Eillove began to feel unsatisfied with her life in the labyrinth, and when she grew to adulthood she set off alone in spite of her parents' desperate entreaties. Although her parents loved her and had given her a good life in a good clan, which she would always be grateful for, Eillove was always conscious of the weight in their lives. Her dead sister, never mentioned by her parents after they left their home. She knew they were trying to use one daughter to fill the gap that should have been two, and even though she adored them Eillove knew she deserved to be seen as her own person and not just an echo of her sister. Determined, the young skydancer set out, first visiting her home flight in an attempt to find her peace there. Her parents had never told her exactly where they had lived despite her questions, so she wandered along the border for a time before encountering other clans. She was met with hospitality, but didn't feel at home in the sunbeam ruins or anywhere around it, and eventually decided to venture on.

Giving the cursed fields of the emperor's wake a wide berth, Eillove travelled first through the shadow lands, quickly realizing it wasn't for her before coming to the border of the scarred wasteland. Although nervous, the skydancer pushed on, nearly succumbing to starvation in the plaguelands before she finally made it to the other side, venturing into the magic forest on the Starwood strand. She was discovered by the petite fae Ilix, and found refuge in Aragona's clan.

Quickly settling in, Eillove made sure to use the meagre herbs in her pouch to seed a small plot of land, effectively starting her own garden alongside Dilara's with the guardian's permission. Eillove often provides herbs as garnish or seasoning in the clan's food, but her plants are also used to heal others or provide calming effects. The calm skydancer prefers reasonable solitude and can be found muttering strange things under her breath when alone, but others frequently come to her for her help with medicines or even advice, as the young dragon has proven herself to be quite wise, if a little quirky.

Some of her clanmembers have theorized that Eillove belongs to some bizarre cult, and although it seems to be a picture most can see, no one can really agree on what kind. She reacts with puzzled amusement when questioned on the topic, so most brush it off as just someone who isn't all that social.
