Biography
Quote:
If he didn't know better, the archer seems a bit impish, his tail brushing Sinbad's own as he walk a circle around him. Azrael is sighing deeply, apparently aware of what Seth's intentions are; Scheherazade gives him a mute, puzzled look before she fixes her attention back on the lithe dragon, who has completed a perfect, circular orbit around her tall younger brother.
Sinbad himself seems a bit perturbed, his face coloring darkly as he starts putting pieces together.
When Seth stops before him, craning his neck to meet the eyes of the dragon nearly twice his size, he announces, "You're not half bad, if I do say so myself. Tall, broad, with a vigor to see to the end of your goals. Good qualities for a foolish Captain..."
"Excuse me!?"
The archer turns back on Azrael, his tone calm as he inquires, "We're doing research, right? To keep whatever the heck is behind that glowing mirror there?" When the other dragon nods, Seth shrugs, answering, "Well, that settles it. We can't very well move on with our own goals, if some ultimate baddie is going to escape their prison at the same time. That's bad for business all around."
He taps Sinbad's shoulder, the Guardian giving him an owlish look as the dark feathered Coatl says, "Count me in with your crew. If we're going to help your sister, and assure my crew is able to leave Sornieth at all, we may as well work together to find the solutions you seek."
"I never agreed to this."
"Nor did I need you to. C'mon now, introduce me to your shipmates and we can get things started."

In the distant land of Arcadia, there exists the Capital known as Weistum, a glorious city that houses the leaders of the alien world and the finest families that have made their fortune through hard work or reversely, stolen treasure. Of all the clans present, there is a group of different lineages that trace their ancestry to the beginnings of the Dynastic Republic, known as the OathKeepers. They were families who had aligned themselves with rebels during the Era of Terror, when dictators ruled with cruel, iron claws; they ultimately succeeded in the revolt, establishing the peace that Arcadia knew until the Fall occurred some decades ago.
As a distant descendant of Orson, an OathKeeper, Seth Orson was a rich kid all his life, his wants always fulfilled as he was waited upon by seas of servants. Of course, in the fashion of most spoiled children, Seth longed for the world outside his fancy prison, taking advantage of guard schedules to explore the city and outer limits. He was known for being charming and having occasional flings with girls his age, though they never went anywhere inappropriate.
Yet during an outing far beyond the borders of the illustrious city, he came upon a young farmhand working the fields, who he began to talk to. Being treated less as a rich kid fascinated him and he began to learn simple techniques in manual labor, including hunting, where he established his proficiency with a bow and arrow. He also started a romantic fling with the young farmer; however, when it became apparent the bond was nothing like his previous relationships, with much more maturity and intense feelings associated with it, Seth was terrified.
It didn't help that his family began to pressure him to marry someone of higher standing, a command that sent the boy spiraling into doubt and depression. When sign ups for the Discovery were announced to the people, Seth took advantage of the need for hands to apply, much to the anger of his family. He cited his duty as an OathKeeper family member to undertake the task, a lie that assuaged his family for the most part. And so he fled into the stars, intending to never return.
Bummer they crash-landed.
Now stuck in the lands of Sornieth, Seth must assist his friends in discovering the secrets of the world, secrets that might hold the key to solving Arcadia's current problems. It might also save Scheherazade from her fate, but there's still so much to do!
As of the latest chapters, he and Sinbad, captain of the ship Fortune, have entered an innocent and shy romantic relationship.
