concept: shadow dragon cosplaying as lightning dragon. lowkey just wanted a pretty blue water dragon LAKSDFJSDFLJK BUT I CANT GET MY HANDS ON ONE!!!! so i said... why not just make one. and then i ended up with a shadow dragon dressed up as a lightning dragon but i hope the colour palette works!!!
