Biography
"A god forgotten by his people wondering the shadowy forests leaving a trail of death and decay behind him"
Cause of Death: ???(living god)
Far within a long forgotten forest a Skydancer
and Tundra make their way down a heavily grown over pathway. The Skydancer was followed by a trail of rot and decay wherever he walked. While the Tundra left behind scorched earth as he traveled alongside his companion.
“We have been searching for weeks! Nothing is going to come of this.” The god of death slammed his claws into a nearby tree. The tree began to bubble a black goo of decay where the god had hit it. The decay began to spread outwards. Soon the entire tree was felled by the weak point of rot.
“Now Ynrasil, what have I said about being so negative?” Helios smirked, “No sign is usually a good sign. The clan could be deep within the forest! Or perhaps, they made their way underground. Either way, we will find them eventually.” A beaming smile crept across the Tundra’s face.
“Helios, we should have heard prayers or felt even a thought by now! It is hopeless. They have probably all died and we will soon be forgotten and then, when we are forgotten, we’ll fade away.” Ynrasil clasped his head in his talons.
Helios approached his friend, “It will all be well, Ynrasil” Helios said as he comforted his friend, “If they had died wouldn’t you have felt it being the god of death and all? Surely, one of your familiars would have notified you by now. They all know how you like to keep a well maintained list of the dead.” Helios bumped Ynrasil’s shoulder, “We’re also still walking and talking, so there has to be at least rumors about us.”
Ynrasil let out a long, slow sigh “I suspect you are correct, dear friend. Someone would have told me if the entire Clan had died out. I am just so worried that we are missing a clue or hint of their survival.”
“If we are missing something, we shall one day find it. We have all eternity after all.” Helios went over to the tree that Ynrasil had hit. He picked up one of the tree’s seeds and breathed life into it. The seed started to sprout, Helios placed it in the decayed husk of its parent and within seconds a new tree took its place. “There. All better now.”
Ynrasil chuckled to himself, “Alright Helios, you win. Let us continue our search.” With that the two dragons continued down the forgotten pathway with hopes to find what they had lost.
