Devara

Extremely powerful water elemental, with magic so uncontrollable it simply flairs and grows out of control based on her emotions. This tends to be troublesome, as Devara is also very easily upset and hurt by things.

She is extremely dramatic, but not on purpose. Her passions simply burn hot, and close to the surface, and often lead to accidental near-drownings when people are mean.
